    Overview
    A leading UK consultancy is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join its expanding ServiceNow practice. This role offers the opportunity to lead the architecture and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions across major digital transformation programmes for both public and private sector clients.

    The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations, with exposure to multiple platform modules including HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and other core ServiceNow capabilities.



    Key Responsibilities

    *

    Define and own the ServiceNow architecture across client engagements.
    *

    Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions.
    *

    Provide architectural oversight across multiple modules, including HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and other platform capabilities.
    *

    Work closely with client stakeholders, delivery teams, and senior leadership to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
    *

    Ensure platform design aligns with ServiceNow best practices, governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
    *

    Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and technical teams.
    *

    Review and approve solution designs, integrations, and custom development.
    *

    Support pre-sales activities including solution design, estimations, and technical proposals.



    Required Skills & Experience

    *

    Extensive experience working with the ServiceNow platform in a senior technical or architectural role.
    *

    Strong experience designing solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., HRSD, ITSM, CSM, ITOM).
    *

    Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices.
    *

    Experience designing complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems.
    *

    Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
    *

    Experience leading technical teams and guiding delivery on large-scale programmes.
    *

    ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Master Architect (CMA), or equivalent are highly desirable.
